Pradorey
Elíte has been aged in American and French oak casks for 12 months,
ending its ageing period in French Nevers oak vats before resting in the bottle
for the time required before being placed on the market to offer the virtues
of the grape from which it comes.
A major wine in itself, opaque, with tones of black cherry red, ripe aromas
with hints of red fruits and minerals, elegant, with an offer of all qualities
in the mouth, as you may see for yourself.

A wine that has been aged in 4 different types of wood with their respective roasts for 13 months. Its complexity has been consolidated during a further 4 months in French Nevers oak vats to then reach its definitive structure in the bottle.
A special wine for wine enthusiasts, mature, with pedigree and lineage, a pure purple tone, black cherry red with complex aromas of the variety and the terrain, with hints of red fruits, compote, minerals, slate, roasts and in the mouth, it offers the trio of Terrain-Cask-Wine.
Only
a privileged few will have the opportunity to enjoy this great wine due to
its very limited production and they will notice how the wine speaks for itself
and that all they have to do is listen.

| Varieties | Tinto
Fino 50% and Merlot 50%. Intense ruby red colour. |
Wine tasting notes |
Complex aromas of fruit with hints of smoked, balsam and cedar, all blended together thanks to the winemaking process. In the mouth, it is pleasant, oily, with body for a rosé and a very agreable mineral finish |
Winemaking process |
After macerating for 2 days in stainless steel vats at low temperatures, it is devatted into French wood vats for fermentation at a controlled temperature. Before the fermentation is over, it is transferred to American oak casks, where the process ends. It remains in these casks for a further 2 months, with weekly turning of the wine until it is bottled. |

Aged in French and American oak casks for 12 months to then end its ageing process in French Nevers oak vats, it then rested in the bottle for the time required before being placed on the market to display its values.
A personal wine, very opaque with black cherry red tones, mature aromas with hints of undergrowth, raspberry and spice, it is very elegant and shows all its qualities in the mouth with a big finish.
We
hope that all the care and feeling placed in this very limited-production
wine becomes apparent in the fulfilment of its expectations and leads us to
feel that we have achieved what was expected of us.
